Embarking on a Journey
Geopro Global Solutions started March 14, 2017 as a business outsourcing company with telecommunication license to provide overseas customer and technical support.
Building Bridges
Geopro Global Solutions, back then, provides technical and customer support to consumers of international companies like UBER EATS and GRAB FOOD. As first point-of-contact of customers, Geopro also provides UBER EATS and GRAB FOOD insights on how to improve customer experience operationally and technically.
Expansion and Acquisition
In 2019, Blue Solutions acquire Geopro Global Solutions to expand it's existing services and extend customer support program to its clients in Japan and South Korea.
Evolution and Growth
Since then, Geopro Global Solutions provides online marketing services to Japan and South Korea for Blue Solutions. Geopro Global Solutions further expands its portfolio by developing 2 more services – Snappy Wire and Easethetics. These new offerings are being marketed in the Philippines.
